這周末的早餐,我的美籍洋老公要下廚,煎他最得意的鬆餅~~　 任何鬆餅  像煎的或是用鬆餅機烤的 他都喜歡做   只要我寫好食譜給他   第二天早上   就會被他的鬆餅香給"喚醒"了~~然後 他會上樓告訴你 "Honey! The breakfast is ready."

My husband will cook his favorite pancake  for this weekend breakfast.  

 He can make any pancake like frying on the pan or using the panckae machine

 as long as I write the English receipe for him.  The next morning,

I will be waken up by his fragrant pancake.  Then, he will be up the stair

and tell you tenderly. "Honey!  The breakfast is ready."

這次我設計的是地瓜鬆餅喔！　當然一樣我要先寫好英文食譜給他

I design the whole wheat sweet potato pancake this time.

Of course, I need to write the English receipe for him as before.

Ingredient:

1. cooked ground sweet potato 150g  2. whole wheat pancake powder 300g

3. Light plain soymilk 400g

Step:

1. Mix all ingredients together .

2.After heating the pan,put some butter on the plain cooking pan. 

3. Then,put the mixed ingredients on the pan.

4. Use middle or lower heat, cook the pancake until two sides become golden color.

材料：　地瓜泥150g　全麥鬆餅粉300g　無糖低酯豆漿400g (約3-4人份）　

首先將以上材料在大碗裡調好麵糊

First, mix all ingredients into a big bowl.

熱鍋後　用中小火　鍋中放入奶油少許　再放入麵糊一瓢

After heating the pan,put some butter on the plain cooking pan.  Then,put one scoop of batter on the pan.

再來一瓢!

One more scoop of batter!

蓋上鍋蓋子

Cover the pan.

等上有小泡泡翻面

Until the bubble on the surface of the pancake, you can turn over the other side.

我老公186cm  這廚房流理台對他好像太矮了點　

My husband's height  is 186cm, so this kitchen counter is a little shorter to him.

老公對我笑一笑    好可愛!

My husband smiles at me. So cute.

等待另一面變金黃色 

Wait for the other side to be golden color.

用牙籤刺刺看,　沒有黏液,　乾爽就OK了.

Use the toothpick to see if they are done. 

If they are nonsticky and dry, they are ok.

起鍋了

It is ready now.

可以加楓糖或鮮奶油或果醬,　很美味　軟軟的　鬆鬆的　香香的,　好好吃　

老公做的全麥地瓜鬆餅加上他現煮的咖啡 ,  讓我覺得好幸福喔

You can add maple syrup, whipped cream or jam on the pancake. 

Tasty! Soft! Chiffon! Fragrant!

I feel so happy because I have the whole wheat sweet potato pancake

and the fresh coffee made by him.
