2007年的最後一天 是個陽光燦爛的冬日, 雖然約五度C ,可是陽光令人感到溫暖, 尤其近日難得有陽光, 趁假日午飯過後, 全家一起到撒門迷許湖(Samamish Lake)走走
It was the last day of 2007. It was a sunny day.
Although it was about 5C, the sunshine made people feel warm.
Espeically, it was so difficult to have the sunshine these days.
Therefore, after the lunch, my family took a walk by Samamish Lake.
一到這公園就看到成群的海鷗和鴨子
When we arrived at the park, we saw a lot of sea gulls and ducks.
湖面一片平靜如鏡
The lake was as calm as the mirror.
草地上有野餐桌, 卻因為太冷了 ,沒有人野餐, 到是不少悠閒的野鴨子和海鷗
On the grass, there were some picnic chairs and tables. Because it was so cold,
nobody had the picnic here. However, I saw some relaxed sea gulls and ducks.

思考中的海鷗, 草地上也一朵小野菊
The sea gull was thinking about something. There was a little wild flower on the grass.
鴨子也在思考中
The ducks was also thinking about something.
好奇的望著我們
It was curious to look at us.
這隻好像學者
This one looked like a scholar.
這隻看起來很機靈的樣子
This one looked like very smart.
還會昂著頭看我們
It also can look up at us.
二個人好像在商量什麼
These two sea gulls looked like discussing something.
最後思考過後的鴨子付出行動
At last, after thinking, this duck took action.
它迅速的張開嘴接住我們的麵包 ,其他還在思考的海鷗只能乾瞪眼
It opened his beak to catch up the bread that we gave.
The other sea gulls only can be jealous.
正當鴨子和海鷗司考下一個麵包時, 空中傳來了嘻笑聲, 那是一群加拿大鵝, 魚蚌相爭漁翁得利
這加拿大鵝也未免想太多了吧
When the ducks and sea gull were thinkging abou the next bread,
we heard some laughing in the sky. They were Canada geese.
If the fish and clam fighted for food, the fishman will get the benefit.
The geese maybe think too much.
